City of Eastport – Bond Authorization
Ordinance Authorizing Appropriation and Borrowing of Funds in the Principal
Amount of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) to Finance the Purchase
of a Building for Municipal Use and to Accomplish Rehabilitation of the Building
and Grounds Through the Issuance of General Obligation Bonds of the City
Which may be Callable in the Aggregate Principal Amount not to Exceed
$500.000.
Note: Second hearing on economic development bond to meet ordinance
requirements for matching funds to the recently approved $500.000
grant from the Department of Economic and Community Development.
