Public Hearings
1. Review of a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to add the following paragraph to Section (7).
7.7.7. Applications submitted to the Planning Board, for which public hearings are required, shall be accompanied by a filing fee sufficient to cover the cost of the public hearing publication and notices. In no case shall the filing fee be less than $25.00.
2. Review of a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to add the former American Can Plant on Sea Street to the list and map in Appendix © showing those properties within the Local Historic Designated District.
