As of the effective day of this ordinance, burial lot fees include perpetual
care.
50% of burial lot fees will be placed into the "Cemetery Perpetual Care
Trust Fund," the remainder will be used to offest operating costs and
capital needs.
Cremation lots are in a specified area of the cemetery and consist of
9 sq. ft. of ground,which may only be marked with a small flat City
approved marker.
