Sewer Bills are printed quarterly on January 12, April 12, July 12, and October 12, and are based on water consumption used in the residence or business.
Basic Rate of $169.52 for up to 1200 units of water. (AS PASSED BY CITY COUNCIL IN JULY 2025, EFFECTIVE WITH THE OCTOBER BILLING)
Buildings with wells are based on the number of people in the residence.
Sewer bills are billed according to which section of the City you live in and may not run concurrently with the previous month of usage.
