  1. Carolina Castello update to Board on any pending applications and projects
 
  1. Open discussion by the board for clarification on procedure for addressing zoning issues that may arise if the CEO is not available.
 
Old Business –
 
  1. 11 Chapel Street. Owners decision to revert from 3 apartment unit to duplex and rescind the application that was approved subject to a property boundary confirmation
