As of the effective day of this ordinance, burial lot fees include perpetual care.
50% of burial lot fees will be placed into the "Cemetery Perpetual Care Trust Fund," and the remainder will be used to offset operating costs and capital needs.
Cremation lots are in a specified area of the cemetery and consist of 9 square feet of ground, which may only be marked with a small flat City-approved marker.

B-3 Grave Opening Rates
Casket and Vault:
- $400 - April through November - Monday through Friday
- $450 - April through November - Saturday and Sunday (and holidays)
- $600 - December through March - Subject to conditions
Cremation:
- $150 - April through November - Monday through Friday
- $175 - April through November - Saturday and Sunday (and holidays)
- $225 - December through March - Subject to conditions
