New law regarding Oversized ATVs

Effective October 18th, 2021, a new law came into effect regarding Oversized ATVs.
An Oversized ATV is a new category that is defined as an ATV that is wider than 65 inches and / or that weighs more than 2,000 pounds.
Beginning 10/18/2021 nonresidents cannot register an oversized ATV under any circumstances.
Also beginning 10/18/2021 Maine Residents can only register Oversized ATVs under certain conditions.
